Personal Assistant & HR

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Relief Director of administrative and other routine matters, allowing GM to focus on the management of the company
  • Relief Director of distracting routine tasks (i.e. mail, bills, telephone inquiries, etc.), to allow focus on management tasks. Answering phone calls, assisting in inquiries and directing to relevant personnel
  • Perform full spectrum of administrative support
  • Assist in preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
  • Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Any other general duties as assigned by the Director
  • Assist HR Manager in HR matters like applying for permits, salary, leaves and maintaining records of various departments.
  • Assist HR Manager in all admin matters

Qualifications

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role preferred
  • Class 3 Driving License
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint

Requirements

  • 24/7 support to Director is required
  • 6 Days work week from 9 to 6pm
  • Able to work on Public Holiday & Sunday when required
  • Is detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to work in a fast pace working environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
