Roles & Responsibilities
- Relief Director of administrative and other routine matters, allowing GM to focus on the management of the company
- Relief Director of distracting routine tasks (i.e. mail, bills, telephone inquiries, etc.), to allow focus on management tasks. Answering phone calls, assisting in inquiries and directing to relevant personnel
- Perform full spectrum of administrative support
- Assist in preparing agendas, documents, and materials for meetings.
- Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Any other general duties as assigned by the Director
- Assist HR Manager in HR matters like applying for permits, salary, leaves and maintaining records of various departments.
- Assist HR Manager in all admin matters
Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar role preferred
- Class 3 Driving License
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint
Requirements
- 24/7 support to Director is required
- 6 Days work week from 9 to 6pm
- Able to work on Public Holiday & Sunday when required
- Is detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to work in a fast pace working environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
