Working Location: Central
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Your role:
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Gather information about prospect needs, budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes to assess sales readiness and qualification criteria
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or sales meetings for sales representatives with qualified leads or interested prospects.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and preparation for scheduled appointments, providing necessary information and materials to support sales presentations
- Track and analyze telemarketing performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, appointment scheduling rates, and lead quality
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Prior experience in the marketing field will be an advantage
- Results-oriented, ambitious and positive working attitude
