Job Description
- Lead and manage production staff in order to maintain and enhance systems, work flow and operation processes to ensure efficient operation and drive continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations
- Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time delivery
- Make sure that the operators are following SOPs and GMPs required in the HACCP programme
- Collect and analyse data to find places of wastage or overtime and manage productivity
- Procurement of raw materials and stock needed for production and daily usage.
- Manage and control of inventory stock level to ensure smooth production.
- Manage and ensure that the HACCP programme is in place and implemented by all personnel.
- Incoming goods receiving inspection and supplier quality assurance system
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Team player
- Committed, strong sense of responsibility
- Self-starter who is able to plan organize and take initiative to meet job objectives
- Able to work under pressure of deadlines
- Must be self-motivated, independent and possess good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin
