RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing reliability test plans and protocols for electrical systems and components
- Prepare test setups, equipment, and materials for reliability testing activities
- Conduct reliability tests on electrical systems and components according to established test procedures and protocols
- Monitor test processes and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and quality standards
- Collect test data and measurements using various instruments and tools
- Assist in analyzing test results to evaluate reliability performance and identify potential issues
- Provide technical support to test technicians during test setup, execution, and data collection
- Troubleshoot equipment and procedural issues to ensure smooth testing operations
- Maintain accurate records of test procedures, observations, and test results
- Prepare test reports and documentation summarizing test findings and observations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of resources and support for testing
- Communicate test results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reliability testing or a related role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and testing methodologies
- Experience with electrical test equipment and instrumentation
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
