Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
· Round the clock monitoring and maintenance of the System(hardware and software)to ensure systemuptime in accordance to SLA commitments
· Respond to all incident/ service calls and be first responderonsite to troubleshoot and resolve incidents including basicrepairs or parts replacements
· Create / update and track ticket in ticketing tool to closureobserving SLA commitments
· Escalate when necessary in accordance to escalation matrix
· Perform regularpreventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting system hardware and all computer-based systems.
· Coordinate and work with third-party supplier or other contractors to identify the causes of issues e.g. hardware, software, network problems and etc. that may affect the proper functioning of the System.
· Liaise and workclosely with customerto address serviceconcerns and to solve technicalproblems.
· Work with technical team to resolvemore advanced issues when necessary
· Perform Install/ Move / Add / Change (IMAC)activities as tasked
· Ensure all materialare properly documented and handed over during shift changes
· Perform any ad-hocduties as assigned
· Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Job Requirements
· Diploma, Higher NITEC in Electrical, Electronics, IT or equivalent
· Singapore Citizen preferred
· Relevant experience in IT system support and hardware maintenance
· Experience in electrical/mechanical drawing,service/repair manuals and or diagramswill be added advantage
· Basic knowledge in Networking and Database management will be added advantage
· Airport operations background will be added advantage
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, self-motivated and critical thinkerwho embraces challenges
· Ability to work responsibly, independently and in a team
· Able to interactwith all levels of people and work under stress
· Training will be provided

· Rotating 12 hrs shift or as assigned
