Our client, an expert in IT domain seeking for legal professional for their expanding team, you'll oversee contract management, risk control, compliance, and legal affairs concerning the company's investment and financing activities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Contract Oversight: Reviewing, revising, and providing expert insights on contracts.
- Risk Management and Compliance:Identifying risks, offering legal guidance to business units, analyzing laws and policies, and conducting training sessions to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Investment and Financing Support: Contributing to the preparation of investment and financing activities and managing associated legal matters.
- General Legal Assistance: Handling additional tasks delegated by senior management.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in law or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in foreign-related legal matters and Internet law. Experience in managing foreign disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and legal reasoning, Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in various office software, fluent in both written and spoken in bilingual.
