Job Duties:
- Managing end-to-end talent acquisition process and ensuring outstanding candidate experience
- Maintain relations / communications with the Hiring Managers and active candidates.
- Conduct meetings with hiring managers to understand roles adn form sourcing strategy for open roles
- Demonstrate proactive sourcing ability; continually build ready-now talent pools.
- Conducting interviews, thereafter reviewing and screening candidates
- Shortlist top applicants to hiring managers (ensuring quality of candidates)
- Managing of offer processes; creating and negotiating competitive offers with candidates, requesting and acquiring appropriate approvals and closing offers
- Recommend strategies that will contribute to being able to identify and securing talents
- Establish relationship with relevant hiring managers and HRBPs, provide timely updates on on-going open roles
- Coordinate the administrative of requisitions, job postings and offer letters
