Senior Architect[ Architecture Cert/BOA prefer/AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape]

Responsibilities:

1. Take the lead and oversee the project team to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects while meeting client and authority specifications.
2. Manage multiple projects concurrently, from initial design phases through to project finalization.
3. Drive ongoing improvements in architectural services by thoroughly evaluating existing workflow practices alongside management.
4. Cultivate and sustain positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders to foster lasting partnerships.
5. Provide assistance in securing new business ventures.
6. Offer guidance and supervision for the training and professional growth of team members.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience as a project architect.
2. Possess a Degree in Architecture or accreditation with Professional Bodies like the Board of Architects (BOA).
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Enscape.
4. Demonstrated success in managing projects from conception to construction completion.
5. Experience in both private and public residential projects within Singapore.
