We are hiring a trained and experienced Teacher or Learning Designer to join our project team. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Constructive Alignment, writing learning objectives using the ABCD model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, assessment and rubric design, prompt engineering, data collection and analysis techniques, be highly detail-oriented, project management, vendor management and have some experience working on educational research.
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitise, and validate data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and remove any incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant data.
- Verify data by comparing it to source systems and perform checks to ensure data consistency.
- Develop and maintain data management processes and procedures to ensure data quality is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and identify solutions to improve data quality.
- Create a list of tried and tested prompts for GPT.
- If and when required, assist the Project Innovators to:
- Conduct literature reviews by searching and summarising relevant literature related to the project.
- Collect and analyse research data through various methods such as surveys, interviews, or experiments. They may also be responsible for cleaning and analysing the data using statistical software.
- Recruit and schedule participants for studies and schedule their participation.
- Maintain records and databases for maintaining records of research procedures and participant information. They may also be responsible for organising and managing research data.
- Coordinate, attend and document meetings with other project team members and stakeholders to present project progress and findings.
- Assist with grant proposal status update reports.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines to comply with the Institute’s ethical guidelines and regulations.
- Carry out other general administrative tasks as and when required.
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Looking for:

- Post-grad Diploma in education or equivalent and/or certification/postgraduate degree in Instructional Design/Learning Sciences
- Experience in data sanitisation and cleaning for AI projects will be an added advantage.
- Experience in using GPT for teaching and learning will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
