Responsibilities:
1.Analyzing Data:
Utilize data analytics tools to extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to home loan products.
Identify trends, patterns, and key insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the data science team to develop predictive models and data-driven strategies.
2. Product Development:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Develop, enhance, and optimize home loan products and services based on market insights and customer feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including new business, marketing, and business analytics, to execute product development initiatives.
3. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive home loan new business and profitability.
Identify growth opportunities, recommend product enhancements, and define the go-to-market strategy.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs and PMA) to track the success of the home loan business.
4. Initiative and Innovation:
Think creatively to develop new initiatives and strategies that differentiate our home loan offerings in the market.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the home loan space.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, new business teams, and operations, to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies, industry associations, and partners.
