Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; Sat 8am-12pm

Job Description
• Arranging shift / scheduling roster
• Supervising Dispatch Team
• Liaising with clients/Sales Team/Maintenance Team
• Monitoring performance of delivery drivers
• Assigning work tasks ensuring performance within expectation of the company
• Handling order changes / complaints if any
• Maintaining a safe, secure & healthy work environment with strict adherence to & enforcing safety codes
• Proactive organisational skills & meticulous administrative capability
Requirement:
• Degree holder / professionals
• Preferably with engineering background
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience
• Good communication skills
• Bilingual, well versed in computer literacy.
• Well organised & able to multi-task
• Keeping positive attitude when working under pressure
