Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract-related matters.
- Manage contract amendments and variations.
- Ensure accurate and timely contract documentation and record keeping.
- Work closely with Legal Counsels, Project Accountants for necessary documentations and reviews.
- Handle contract disputes and negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of contracts law and regulations.
- Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
