Job Responsibilities:
· Providing of full life cycle recruiting services
· Identifying of skill and competency gaps and supporting of talent development
· Review of talent acquisition processes and providing recommendations/improvements to it
· Liasing with hiring managers and internal business units to understand recruitment requirements
· Managing of team’s expectation and offer processes
· Completing of weekly and monthly reports
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Prior experience within recruitment/consulting firm would be an added advantage
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
