RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advice business on legal matters for corporate and investment banking transactions such as structured finance, syndicated loans, etc.
- Advice business on global markets transactions including FX, Derivatives, etc.
- Prepare, draft and review legal documents.
- Review corporate facility documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Law with at least 3 years PQE.
- Good knowledge of investment banking transactions such as structured finance and project finance.
- good stakeholder management skills.
