Job Scope
- Respond to email and social media enquiries in a timely manner.
- Offer friendly and efficient services to all customers and attending to their needs, complaints and enquiries on various platforms (ie. email/Instagram)
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Able to map the customer journey to in store experience.
- Ensure the store's visual standards are consistently maintained to showcase the brand's products in an enticing and aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock to meet customer demand.
- Support and lead team in running of daily operations
- Assist in training, coaching, and motivating retail staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.
- Champion the maintenance and upkeep of outlet facilities, facilitating maintenance and improvement works where necessary.
- Work closely with the Management Team to be aware and updated on all Sales/Marketing activities
Requirement:
- Diploma/ Degree in marketing/ hospitality or equivalent retail management courses.
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a lifestyle retail environment.
