- Handling and mastering different types of drink concoction as per restaurant’s standards and recipes
- Being able to meet and manage demands of customers
- Manage different permutations of Bar Setup depending on event requirements
- Maintaining equipment within the bar and troubleshoot on simple machinery/technical issues
- Following-up on training updates and trends of business.
