Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Quality Management System Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Conduct verification of raw materials.
- Reviewing and verifying process travelers sequences
- Supporting Quality Inspectors
- Provide support to Quality Inspectors.
- Work with various personnels/departments to ensure transfer to ensure smooth product transitions.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining the quality system.
- Develop inspection and test plans.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of supplier issues.
- Analyze failures and implement preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct audits and address findings.
- Prepare Quality Assurance reports.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or other relevant equivalent field of study.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
