Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process such as posting of job advertisement, downloading of resumes from different platforms and arrangement of interviews with stakeholders
- Assist in onboarding process such as preparation of documents/letters and e-pfile
- Assist in consolidating and maintain HR files and documents and keep employee database up to date
- Assist in preparation of documents and letters
- Assist in verification of invoices from external vendors
- Support day to day office administrative work for the HR department
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR department
Requirements:
- Undergraduate/Diploma/GCE 'A' Levels
- Proficient with MS Office skills
- Responsible and possess with positive working attitude.
- Great team player & adaptable
- Professionalism and ability to exercise discretion at all times is essential
