Summary:
· The incumbent must bring with strong recruitment knowledge and skills to attract talents. He/She has the initiative to solve any problems during process of hiring and offer solutions to the business.
· Able to work independently as well collaborating with team members on HR related matters.
Job Responsibilities:
· Perform full spectrum of the recruitment lifecycle including exploring/developing funnels for Recruitment/TA process
o Job posting, candidate sourcing and conducting interview
o Explore and examine potential recruitment channels for effective hiring & handle job posting
o Work pass full cycle application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
o Assist in preparation of salary proposal for selected candidates
· Conduct employee induction, ie. onboarding/offboarding and Orientation
· Preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, etc.
· Assist in drafting job descriptions (JD) and create a JD library
· Ensure all employee records in up to-date and timely manner
· Provide assistance in training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record as and when required.
Job Requirements:
· Knowledge in payroll is a plus but not compulsory
· Strong in HR operations/transactional activities
· Able to cope in a dynamic work environment
