- Salary: Basic up to $3800
- Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
- Location: Bendemeer MRT
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with managers to understand team needs and boost productivity
- Implement effective recruitment strategies and maintain candidate pool records
- Manage new employee onboarding and probation reviews
- Maintain employee records, ensure legal compliance, and monitor time and attendance
- Identify talent, address skills gaps, and coordinate training programs
- Support management in fostering accountability and performance
- Ensure fair application of disciplinary procedures and termination processes
- Maintain understanding of market remuneration and benefits
- Uphold confidentiality and data security at all times
