Job Description & Requirements
- Provide technical services like maintaining and troubleshooting different security, electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Provide high level of service and response time to attend and carry out fault finding as well as diagnosis of systems breakdowns.
- Follow preventive maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records.
- Maintain records of breakdowns and repairs in compliance with ISO standards
- Preparation of Monthly reports & presentation for timely submission to Client
- Participate in technical discussion and provide technical assistance to the Sales & Maintenance Team in preparation for Technical Proposal, Write-up, Design, and System Architecture Drawing for tenders
- Scheduling of meeting and maintenance dates
- Preparation of documentation e.g. (write-ups/minutes/Fault reports/fault analysis)
- Following up with clearance-related issues
- Assist Team Lead in consolidation of monthly claims submission
- Assist to conduct Site survey
- Preparation of Quotations for submission to client
- Ensure Safety Toolbox briefings are conducted and documented
- Ensure daily communication and operations coordination within the team
- Committed to attend to any operational and maintenance issues.
- Any other ad-hoc operational activities as directed by Team Lead or Maintenance Manager.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- We would prefer candidates to have working experience as a Field Technical Officer.
- Diploma in Engineering, Electrical Engineering and other related fields.
- Possess at least Class 3 manual license to operate company vehicle.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external users.
- You are required to work scheduled standby when necessary.
