Responsibilities
- Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
- Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
- Perform month-end closing
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
- Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
- GST preparation & submission
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience with full sets of accounts
- Good knowledge of accounting concepts and double entries
- High degree of accuracy and attention to details with an analytical acumen
- Independent, well organized, have an open mindset and a strong team player
