Our client is a branded pharmaceutical MNC. They are looking for a qualified associate marketing director to be responsible for strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C, thus expanding market share across APAC.
Responsibilities
- Own the overall marketing strategy, conceptualization and execution of plans in APAC
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand portfolio, competition and customer needs and support strategy, execution and market roll-out of brand initiatives
- Collaborate closely with in-country Sales and Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure a robust marketing strategy, product positioning, messaging, branding and activation are in place
- · Increase awareness, recommendation, usage and purchase of brand portfolio through active engagement with KOLs
- Provide compelling consumer / patient insights, including conceptualization and conducting market researches, and apply them to develop and differentiate marketing concepts, evidence-based claims as well as product experience
- Development of APAC regional campaigns (for local markets implementation and roll-out) targeted at consumers and KOLs
- Support channel partners in preparation for product launches and work closely with the regional teams in opening new markets as necessary
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with country teams to achieve alignment on strategies, plans and action
Requirements
- 10 -15 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical/ FMCG/ Health & Beauty industry.
- Energetic, dedicated with strong presentation skills.
