About Us

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs, and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

We are looking for a Credit Admin to grow our business.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure seamless processing of credit facility disbursement for loan products, Trade and Supply Chain Financing Products.
  • Possess good drafting skills and be able to draft and/or vet letters of offers, ensuring that all approved terms and conditions for the banking facilities and the Bank’s standard requirements are accurately incorporated and adhered to.
  • Verify that all loans are approved in accordance with the Bank’s Lending Authority Limits.
  • Work with RMs and appointed solicitors to ensure that loan documentation complies with approved T&Cs and is properly executed.
  • Ensure that all conditions precedents are properly met before facilities are implemented or availed, otherwise ensure proper approval obtained for all exceptions in accordance with preset guidelines.
  • Provide support to business teams in credit transaction management such as setup credit facility into core banking system, monitor outstanding documentation, safe keeping of security and facility documentations.
  • Perform limit monitoring to ensure approval is duly obtained for credit facility limit excess and overdue loans (if any) in accordance with the Bank’s policies and guidelines.
  • Perform verification of covenants for compliance in accordance with the offer letter/facility agreement
  • Assist to perform 1st level AML check for transactions, SWIFTs name screening.
  • Provide cross functional support within the Operation Centre Department when required.
  • Identify opportunities and initiate suggestions for improvement.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects on behalf of the department and to participate in UAT testing.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma Holder with 5-6 years of corporate banking working experience.
  • Prior working experience in loan documentation unit is preferred.
  • Meticulous and ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to multi-task while staying oriented.
  • Technological orientation with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook.
