Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage members’ training, medical and accommodation schemes
- Program co-ordination with external service providers and management partners
- Work closely with union leaders and members to ensure smooth operations of the various membership schemes
- Administrative and operational co-ordination work
- Prepare reports, monitor, identify and evaluate members’ programs
- Prepare periodic reports on department updates
- Assist in coordination of union events and activities
- Any other assigned duties
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder, with min 2 years work experience
- Experience in shipping or training would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing and communication skills is a must
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess a pleasant personality and ability to interact with people from all levels
- Ability to multi-task, work independently as well as in a team
