Job duties and responsibilities:
- Digitization Implementation: Collaborate with teams & Service providers to identify areas for digitization within various processes and workflows. Implement digitization solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Software Application Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for software applications related to digitization efforts. Ensure smooth functioning of digital tools and platforms.
- Data Management: Manage and organize digital data assets efficiently. Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of digitization processes, workflows, and implementations. Generate regular reports on digitization progress, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating with Engineers/ Suppliers, and handling correspondence. Provide administrative support to facilitate smooth operations within the department.
Job requirements:
- Minimum polytechnic diploma in any field, preferably engineering/business
- 1-3 years related work experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply and can be considered
