We began with providing B2B solutions in keyless, smart access control for enterprises and facility owners to safeguard their critical infrastructures and facilities. Over the years, we have expanded our capacity to include video surveillance and analytics, IOT devices and sensors, to become a key provider of A.I. enabled Integrated Facility Management.
The Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the productization and implementation aspect of our product roadmap, focusing on transitioning from development to market launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product innovation and growth. You will work closely with the CTO to ensure product strategy aligns with technical feasibility and long-term vision.
The Responsibilities
· Define and prioritize product features with continual enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
· Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases and support features.
· Collaborate with design and UX teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
· Analyse data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Develop and maintain pricing plan, keep abreast of the competitive landscape and industry trends.
· Serve as the contact point for product-related inquiries and feedback from stakeholders.
The Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Electrical and Electronic preferred.
· > 5 years working experience in managing and launching software products.
· Strong technical background in software development framework, methodologies, and best practices.
· Good knowledge of IOT products, sensors and smart devices would be an advantage.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
