Job Responsibilities:
· Manage the job schedules and Oversee site operation and ensuring that all jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
· Respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
· Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
· Support office management including insurance, maintenance, rental and regulatory matters
· Manage and update system pricing and databases
. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all operations, including transactions, employee performance, and customer feedback, and report to higher management as required.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma qualifications
· Minimum 4 years of working experience, experience in supervisor position is plus.
· People-oriented, good communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel
· High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
· Excellent team spirit and leadership skills
· Communicate with fluency English to effectively manage staff and interact with customer
