Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, and workshops. Oversee all logistics, from venue selection and booth setup to attendee engagement and post-event follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for each event, liaising with Marketing & Business Development team members as needed.
- Represent the firm onsite at events when required.
- Collaborate with partners and vendors to explore co-marketing opportunities, such as joint events, co-branded collateral, and cross-promotions.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
- Support marketing efforts on social media platforms and explore other potential platforms for greater online engagement and visibility.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event management, preferably within the tech industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Detail-orientedwith a keen eye for design and messaging.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and techniques is a plus.
