Job Description:
1. Participate in project planning meetings to understand the objectives, timelines, and requirements
2. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans, specifications, and safety standards
3. Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues during construction
4. Maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process
5. Provide regular progress reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges and deviations
6. Identify and resolve technical issues during construction
7. Prepare claim drawings for progress payments
8. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including drawings, permits, change orders, and as-built documentation
Job Requirement:
a. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or similar
b. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
c. Candidates with Class 3 driving license is an advantage
