Job Summary
We are seeking for a self-motivated Data Analyst with data management, extracting and testing experience In this role, you will address queries from past non-compliance incidents, track follow-up actions and ensure strict adherence to polices and efficient compliance governance process.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Management and data governance;
- Well versed in SQL database management and query;
- Basic project management knowledge, Team presentation skill & Business analytical skill;
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate / work with multiple teams;
- Motivated, driven, logical, and possess excellent time management skills;
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Desired Skill-set
- Machine Learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing compliance support, consulting services, and monitoring in support of management's business objectives and their responsibility to mitigate risk;
- Being the point of contact, work closely with Compliance and other Business Users in addressing regulatory queries;
- Provide technical information, responses, or historical data from respective systems as requested by authorities within the given timeline;
- Manage data, supporting documents, correspondence of past and on-going non-compliance incidents;
- Communicate and interface with vendors and business users for system investigations that leads to potential non-compliance;
- Manage compliance related projects and support on-going systems for any troubleshooting or features enhancements;
- Manage regular internal and external audit reviews in line with regulatory and governance requirements, and keep track of the follow up actions.
