Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Working Location: Mandai Estate (15mins bus ride from Kranji MRT)
Job Description:
- Plan, manage, inspect, compile service reports for routine maintenance for M&E systems
- Prepare quotation via schedule of rates for any repairs or new works
- Attend to fault calls for emergency/ critical M&E systems
- Provide support in project works
- Attend meetings as arranged by superior
- Required to make frequent site visits to government sites (this is not a desk bound job)
Requirements:
- Singaporean only
- Min Nitec in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics)
- Experienced in air-conditioning/ pumps/ building automation system/ electrical
- We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
