Summary
The Project coordinator will function as the administative support to the Projet Manager and the project team. The coordinator will become the point of reference and contact. Assigned to keep schedule, documents and information.
Responsibilities
· To coordinating the project team by managing the filing of important documents, maintaining important data such as storing and sorting of sales function related data in electronic form, and communicating relevant information for smooth sales operations.
· To support project scopes and to review technical drawings and address technical discrepancies with clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project proposals and execution.
· To support project progression, forecast costs, and coordinate resource allocation and planning.
· To support project team to oversee daily site operations and participate in meetings with subcontractors and technical teams to verify compliance with project specifications and timelines.
· To support the Project Manager by coordinating with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project objectives are met.
· To facilitate regular meetings with project team member to review progress and address issues.
· To maintain standards for project monitoring, including design, construction timelines, cost control, and information systems.
