Responsibilites:
- Responsible for managing cross-border team in multiple countries, looking after mid-stream, physical trading, derivatives trading at global level
- Preparation of monthly BRM decks and presenting the financial performance of the respective bU to Group CEO and Group CFO during periodic business review meeting
- Drive and present Annual Operating Plan / forecast / multi-years strategic plan for the BU to senior management
- Driving monthly and mid-year financial forecast
- Involve in preparation and review of Investment Thesis for new Capex and Investment proposals and recommend for approval to CIRC. Work as a catalyst for BU’s growth
- Conduct various analysis as and when required to support business decisions
- Formulating SOP, policies and driving consistency and standardization across all countries
- At times, serve as a bridge between country/ regional and corporate functions and work as a solution provider
- Leading various cross-functional task forces at global level
- Providing oversight to country product finance team
- Supporting bottom line by exploring various opportunities
- Business partnering and stakeholder management skills essential
Requirements:
- Post graduate qualification in Finance e.g. CA, CMA. CPA, MBA
- Minimum 8 years of relevant value chain experience (trading, plantation, manufacturing, sales & distribution)
- Good understanding of business and strategy
- Stakeholder management including managing the matrix
- Ability to conceptualize and build solutions for business in areas of Finance, IT and Risk Management
