Responsibilities
· Able to handle full set of account (AP/AR/GL/TAX AND BANK RECONCILIATON) and double entry
· Invoicing
· Following up on outstanding invoices
· Document filling
· General administration
· Preparing financial statement
· Preparing monthly payroll, handle staff attendance and report
· Support audit and tax queries
· Handle monthly GST filing.
Requirements
· Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent
· Able to work independently
· Able to start work immediately
· Proficient in MS office and excel.
· Familiar with accounting software – Xero, MYOB and Quickbook etc
· 2 to 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
