Responsibilities:
Partnership Marketing
- Support in developing and maintaining marketing partnerships across various industries such as banks, payments, online travel agents, taxfree operators, and more.
- Primary support for marketing partnership programs, assisting with proposals, ROI projections, communications planning, setting mechanics, launch, tracking, and monthly post-mortem.
- Facilitate and execute mechanics and comms activities such as in-store roving, promoters, KOLs, blog articles etc.
- Work with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations, E-commerce, and Finance to execute and maintain marketing partnership programs.
CRM Planning & Operations
- Support in monthly new member acquisition programs across internal efforts and partner channels.
- Monitor and track acquisition cost and new member metrics.
- Facilitate membership program deals and benefits with external partners such as F&B, banks, hospitality, and more.
- In charge of Loyalty Marketing & Partnerships GWP and/or perks for new members and partners.
- Support eDM and SMS database segmentation and blast generation
- -Any adhoc tasks as and when assigned by your supervisor
Requirements, Skills & Experience:
- At least 2+ years experience in marketing, CRM, and/or partnerships
- Experience from industries such as retail, shopping mall, F&B, and digital apps, would be advantageous.
- Excellent project leadership and project management skills and ability to juggle between projects and priorities
- Strong in using Microsoft Excel to churn raw data into analytics.
- Experienced in creating reports and presentations to stakeholders and partners
- Analytical and business-minded.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure.
- Desire to explore new ideas and ways of doing things with a can't-is-not-an-option attitude.
- Strong work ethic and integrity, maintaining timeliness, discipline, and professionalism.
