- Preparation and submission of engineering designs and documents by adhering to construction plans and drawings, utilizing AutoCAD for take-offs, and participating in tender processes.
- Manage all aspects of the project, including site surveys, construction budgeting, bidding, negotiations, awards, and project operations.
- Formulate and administer contracts, negotiating revisions, changes, and additions with architects, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Analyze complex engineering problems, evaluate alternatives, and effectively communicate recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of work according to the schedule.
- Monitor and adhere to the work schedule, progress, and project costing.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms regarding time, cost, and quality.
- Prepare and update project schedules.
- Arrange project coordination meetings with the main contractor, consultants, and clients, and prepare meeting minutes.
