The Diocese of Singapore (DOS) has under her umbrella, 27 churches, community services, schools and chaplaincies. The Diocesan Central Administration (DCA) is the corporate headquarter for DOS.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Human Resources, the candidate will assist with the following:
● Recruitment and onboarding
● Compensation and Benefits
● HR Policies and Compliance
● Performance Management
● Any other duties assigned by the Head of HR
Requirements:
● Diploma holder in Administration or related discipline
● 2 years of relevant work experience required for this role
● Able to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality of information
● Responsible, meticulous and takes initiative
● Good interpersonal skills
