6-Month to 1-Year Contract Accountant Position Available

Working Location: Asia Square Tower 2
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9am – 6pm; Fri, 9am – 5pm Salary: $4,500 to $5,000 per month + discretionary bonus
Job Description:
Participate in monthly forecasting and assist in providing accurate YTD and Forecast Outlook for the Head of Finance, Singapore.
Responsible for corporate reporting, ensuring timely month-end closing.
Conduct variance analysis of profit and loss accounts against budget/forecast and explain significant fluctuations.
Assist in preparing monthly flux/variance reports.
Maintain overall financial health of P&L and client reporting.
Review financial statements, audit reports, GST, and payment documents.
Ensure all statutory submissions are completed on time.
Review reconciliation of client books and corporate books.
Review billing schedules and ensure timely billing.
Update accounts receivables aging details monthly for ISO audit purposes.
Manage accounts payable invoices/payments/accruals/prepayments.
Coordinate the consolidation of reporting and support Operations team on financial system issues.
