· Handle the warehouse on stock fulfilment and inventory related issues.
· Keeping track of all incoming and out-going stocks.
· Handle and resolve all customers’ issues independently and promptly.
· Manage customers’ expectations and ensure customers’ KPI targets are achieved.
· Arrange shipment and delivery.
· Track and ensure timelines on orders are met.
· Able to carry heavy loads, when required.
· Work closely with warehouse logistics team as a team player.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager.
