We have an immediate opening for an Executive or Assistant Executive at HR Shared Services, located at Buona Vista (Elementum). This is a critical role and requires hiring as soon as possible!
Job Details:
- Location: Buona Vista
- Job Type: 6-Month Contract
- Salary Range:Assistant Executive (AE) Level: $2,350 (fresh poly hire) to $3,000 (diploma with >5 years exp)
Executive (E) Level: $3,500 (fresh grad) to $4,300 (degree with >5 years exp)
Job Description:
- Manage the full data inception process for new hires (HQ & HOMODO/CREATE/TCM)
- Support the pre-onboarding process and assist in creating and terminating ROPA accounts
- Handle requests for Letter of Employment and collate doctors' posting information
- Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned
- Additional Responsibilities for Executive (E) Level:Write submissions and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
