Job Details:
- Location: Gul Lane
- Job Type: Contract (12 months) with 1-month completion bonus
- Salary Range: up to 4000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.15am - 5.00pm
- Other Benefits:18 days of Annual Leave per annum
$1,000 outpatient claims per annum (Pro-rated according to contract duration)
Company bus available from Boon Lay, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Outram Park, Bedok MRT stations
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor local delivery transportation activities
- Ensure timely delivery of products by closely monitoring delivery schedules
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with transporters and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local Dangerous Goods transport regulations
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and service level improvements in customer delivery
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to transportation issues
- Prepare and submit transport-related KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Verify the accuracy of invoices from transporters
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
