Job Details:
- Location: Near Newton MRT
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon-Fri) with 1.5-hour lunch break
- Contract Duration: Until end December
- Salary: $2,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support for incoming client enquiries via calls, email, or walk-ins
- Assist clients with login and online portal navigation issues
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve client issues
- Take ownership of client concerns and ensure follow-through to resolution
- Reach out to clients for clarification or to assist with their requests
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
