  • Assist the Residence Manager in the day-to-day operations of the front desk, and ensure all tasks assigned are completed promptly / on time.
  • Effectively supervise and support the Front Office team.
  • Perform all Front Desk-related duties including but not limited to prompt and efficient check-in and check-out of guests, credit checks, guest folio checks, and guest profile maintenance professionally following the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Create and accurately update new room bookings in the system, send out guest confirmations, make any necessary amendments and cancellations in the PMS system.
  • Receives and transmits messages and/or postal letters to guests promptly.
  • Handle guests’ inquiries/comments/complaints in conformance with the Brand standards.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication and coordination with various departments to facilitate work performance, and to ensure that to achieve 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Responsible and accountable for handling and safekeeping of cash and guest valuables.
  • Ensure that the Front Desk is not left unmanned at all times.
  • Assist the Residence Manager in preparing the annual property budget for the Front Office department.
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by the Supervisor/Management.

Other information:

  • Up to 8 working hours per day including 1 hour break for meal, or 44 hours a week
  • 5-day work week and an alternate Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
