Job Title: Finance Accountant
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Finance Accountant to join our team. As a Finance Accountant, you will be responsible for various accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and bank reconciliation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
Job Duties:
- Take ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective daily operation of internal control procedures.
Assist in external audit activities.
- Follow up on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, generating statements of accounts for customers as required.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collections, payments, and dispute resolution.
- Provide support for month-end closing activities.
- Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting, with a background in the logistics industry being an added advantage.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with accounting software.
