Job Description:
- Handle HR functions in accordance to statutory requirements, company policies and procedures
- Update Employees Handbook, HR Policies, Appraisal Form,
- Recruitment advertisement - My Career Future or Jobstreet and others.
- Deal with Recruitment agencies’ Agreement / Contract –Term and Conditions
- Apply / Issuance / Renew / Terminate of the Work Permit / S Pass / E Pass included medical check-up arrangement.
- MAS Broking Employees registration / deletion for Gen/ EB
- Office Printing & stationery / repairs
- Submitting IR21 for Migrant Workers
- Prepare, handle and review MAS quarterly / yearly submission.
- Handle statistics / MOM / Mas surveys and statutory matters
- Keep abreast of key changes in Employment Act, MOM, CPF and others HR related
- Create / maintenance employees profile
- Create / maintenance employees leaves / MC / Child Care Leave / Reservist etc
- Prepare monthly salary, payslip using payroll system and email / whatapp the payslip to all the employees
- Prepare monthly submission of CPF and yearly IR8A
- Handle petty cash reimbursements & expenses claim
- Prepare Payroll / CPF journal entries and Payroll / CPF reconciliation
- Set up the notebook / create email / prepare the sitting location / stationery for new employees
- Apply / cancellation of medical card
- Daily / Monthly Server Backup
- IT Support contractors- Email hosting, Web hosting, Notebooks error, Anti Virus software and others.
- Handle Biz safe Audit (every 3 years)
- Fixed Deposit – New placement / renewal / withdraw. Prepare monthly FD interest Journal
- Attend to MCST 2179 exercise / events / announcement
- Assist in any Ad hoc assignment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or any relevant HR qualifications
- Preferably able to start work immediately or short notice.
