Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, business planning, solutions development, human resource, benefit, budgeting, and finance. They will also utilize their strong technical and analytical skills to assess and optimize operations management. This is a very hands on role, and the right candidate will have a background in technology infrastructure management and solution development, with the ability to help scope projects.
Qualifications
- Analyze existing systems to ensure security and efficacy
- At least 10 years working experience
- Maintain and upgrade software, hardware, and networks as needed
- Recommend improvements or alternative technologies to better meet business needs
- Design, review and integrate new systems
- Business Planning and Operations Management skills
- Experience in finance and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the Hospitality and Retail industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
