ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

Century Building Construction Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities

  • Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific project.
  • Workout and maintain VO schedule and to final account with client / consultant.
  • Raise RFI for any discrepancies.
  • Attend all site, Architects & Consultants meeting.
  • Responsible for site supervision and implementations.
  • Monitor project costing, budget and schedule.
  • Manage and planning manpower allocation.
  • Manage and lead a project team to ensure site progress accordingly to project schedule.
  • To interpret shop drawings and communicate with all site personnel.
  • Prepare and submit monthly progress claim.
  • Prepare sub-contractor payment response.
  • To solve all technical issue.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years experience in Electrical system.
  • Excellent leadership & interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT skills in Microsoft office, Autocad, BIM.
