- To involve in the planning and execution of mechanical engineering and construction works for building services.
- To assist in prepare tender documents, design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of mechanical works.
- Able to liaise both end user customers and vendor and supplier for project coordination.
- Onsite support upon customer request if necessary to have first-hand look for project requirement.
- Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving site problems
- To read and draw technical drawing

- Deploy manpower to the site and record their timings
