1. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including
• Opening of Library in the morning
• Maintaining general cleanliness of the library
• Dust and clean the study tables, display shelves
• Sweep and mop the floor within the library.
• Assist the librarian to administer daily loan of books and other library resources through the Library Automation System
• Assist the librarian to administer daily student loan of laptops
• Assist the librarian to organise physical library resources on shelves
• Assist the librarian to decorate the library spaces
• Assist the librarian to track the delivery of newspaper and other articles
2. Assist the operation with the following duties as required:
• Assist in the morning traffic control
• Assist to set up library space for meetings when needed
